Before you write
Many questions are answered on the FAQ & how-scoring-works page — how the score is built, where the data comes from, why a score might differ from what you found on the water, and what does and doesn't sync between devices.
Reporting a problem
To help us fix something quickly, include what you can:
- What you were doing and what happened (vs. what you expected).
- The run or location involved, if relevant.
- Your device and browser (e.g. iPhone 15 / Safari, Pixel 8 / Chrome).
- A screenshot, if you have one.
Feature requests
Wind-vs-current scoring, alerts, account sync, more featured runs — a lot is already on the list, and your input helps us prioritize. Tell us what would make the app more useful for your paddling.
Your data
Your saved runs and preferences live in your browser on the device you created them on. You can remove a run anytime in the app, or clear your browser's site data to remove everything. See the Privacy Policy for details.
